Changes made by third parties may cause Market Monarch products to stop functioning or function differently.
Market Monarch is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party outages, changes, restrictions, errors, or failures.
Market data and other information displayed through the Services may originate from third-party providers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET MONARCH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Monarch's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the claimant to Market Monarch during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
