Market Monarch LLC (“Market Monarch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells digital products, software licenses, indicator, system, and automated-strategy access, and educational content. Because every Service is delivered instantly upon purchase and grants immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing any purchase you acknowledge, accept, and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, return, credit, exchange, partial refund, or pro-rated refund under any circumstance, except where required by non-waivable applicable law.
Read before you buy. If you are not completely sure you want the product, do not check out. Once a license or download is delivered, your purchase is permanent.
Why We Do Not Refund
- All Services are digital and delivered instantly.
- License keys, software downloads, and Discord community access cannot be “returned.”
- Proprietary indicators, systems, and source-protected scripts are exposed at the moment of access.
- A no-refund rule prevents abuse, account-recycling, and intellectual-property leakage.
- Pricing assumes a final sale; refundable pricing would be materially higher.
Situations That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any of the following, without exception:
- buyer's remorse, change of mind, or “I didn't use it”;
- any trading loss, drawdown, blown account, or missed opportunity;
- not reading these Terms, this Refund Policy, or the Risk Disclosure;
- forgetting to cancel a recurring subscription before its renewal date;
- account bans, restrictions, or suspensions on Discord, prop firms, NinjaTrader, or any broker or platform;
- changes in market conditions, volatility, or indicator/strategy performance;
- third-party platform outages, maintenance, slowdowns, or feature changes;
- incompatibility with a particular broker, data feed, instrument, jurisdiction, computer, or strategy;
- declined or disputed payments;
- access loss caused by your own conduct (sharing license keys, unauthorized device use, or Terms-of-Service violations).
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date. Renewal charges are non-refundable, including renewals you forgot about, renewals on cards you no longer monitor, and renewals after periods of non-use.
To cancel: manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account billing portal, or email support@marketmonarch.co at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.
Chargebacks
You agree to contact us first and allow ten (10) business days for resolution before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in: permanent termination of all Services without refund; recovery of the disputed amount plus a reasonable administrative fee; referral to collections; and submission of full transaction evidence (IP address, timestamps, and license activation logs) to the payment processor. We reserve all available legal remedies, including recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted by law.
Narrow Exceptions
The only situations in which Market Monarch may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or correction are:
- a verified duplicate charge for the same product on the same day;
- a verified unauthorized purchase reported within 24 hours and supported by documentation;
- where required by non-waivable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Even where granted, the remedy will be a service credit toward future use, not a cash refund, unless cash is required by law. Performance, satisfaction, and trading outcomes are never grounds for a refund.
